Reccelerate were recently retained to identify and onboard a new Managing Director for their Manila business unit. The search was thorough and challenging and deep-dived into not only the candidate pool in the Philippines but also into other emerging markets that exhibit similar challenges and relevant skill and quality sets.
The incumbent was selected from a long list of experienced recruitment leaders working in the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Ahead of the finalist being selected the search focused on the candidate's prior track record in growing and developing profitable recruitment businesses in emerging markets as well as his/her alignment to the organization's core values; integrity, respect, accountability, teamwork, boldness, and fun.
